The TY Series from BOLE is a flexible and efficient solution for vertical injection moulding applications, available in clamping forces of 12T to 350T.
With its vertical four-clamping column and vertical injection unit orientation, the TY Series of machines are convenient for manufacturing small and medium-sized injection moulded components and inserts.
Also available are the TY-S and TY-DS models, with the addition of a single or double sliding table to feed inserts, increasing efficiency by approximately 30-50% whilst maintaining the highest safety standards.
For higher throughput applications, the TY-R Rotary model comes complete with a 180° rotary table for the automated and precision loading of inserts with high production efficiency, enabling efficiency increases of approximately 40-80%.
The TC Series from BOLE features a tie-barless design with open space on three sides, a vertical clamping unit and a horizontal injection unit.
The C-shaped steel clamping structure of the TC Series affords significant strength and rigidity, enabling clamping forces of up to 120T to be achieved safely and efficiently.
The TC Series can also be customised to a customer’s requirements, with extras including single or double sliding tables or rotary tables for loading and a wide range of optional additions available.
For the production of larger embedded products, the BOLE TK Series is a natural choice.
The TK Series uses a vertical-type – four-column clamping unit with a horizontal injection unit to manufacture large plastic products, available in clamping forces between 40T and 500T.
With its large die stroke, large injection capacity and increased flexibility for adjustment, the TK Series is a powerful and versatile vertical injection moulding machine.
Options include single or double sliding tables or a rotary table for enhanced insert loading, enabling increased efficiency during production of up to 80%.
