Matt Holyoake Joins BOLE UK


Matt Holyoake, Bole Machinery West Midlands based BOLE Machinery has announced a significant new appointment, emphasising their commitment to the UK market. Matthew Holyoake joins as UK Southern Area Sales Manager, bringing many years experience of selling injection moulding equipment at the highest level.


The company’s General Manager, Hardeep Khera commented,

“BOLE UK is still relatively new to the UK market, but we have been able to quickly build on the success of the BOLE brand in the US and mainland Europe. From day one, we were able to access the technical and training support provided by BOLE’s European Headquarters, as well as provide rapid delivery times due to the substantial stocks of equipment held only a few hours away.


“We are now gaining a reputation for offering technically capable products at a preferential price point, so are adding automotive and specialist injection moulding companies to our growing client portfolio. Matt’s technical background and history of developing strong relationships with sector-leading companies will help us continue to grow our business over the coming years.”


Matt has over 30 years of experience within the plastics industry. Starting as an apprentice maintenance engineer, he soon progressed to managerial roles at leading plastic processors. In 2006 he took up his first full-time sales position, selling colours and additives to PET packaging specialists.


Matt’s hands-on approach proved invaluable during his nine years working at Arburg, where he specialised in the technical sales of injection moulding equipment to key clients. His ability to provide in-depth training meant he was able to ensure that customers took full advantage of the equipment he helped them to specify.


Moving to BOLE was a decision that Matt did not take lightly;

“First and foremost, I wanted to determine the capabilities of the products and support structure I would be promoting, as I’m used to having high levels of technical expertise and product quality to back me up during the sales process.


“Despite a considerable price differential, it was soon apparent that BOLE machines were capable of producing technical components with high levels of repeatability and productivity. The company also offers an extensive product portfolio, both in terms of machine tonnage and technology. This is backed by a fully trained UK service department and major European support infrastructure.
